The apartment is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and supermarkets and at 25 m from Los Albaranes beach. The accommodation offers a beautiful lawned garden with trees, a lawned communal garden with trees and views of the sea, the pool and the garden. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities and places to go out make this a fine apartment to celebrate your holidays.

Additional information about obligatory and optional extras:

  • An obligatory cost for the final cleaning has to be paid and includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels.
  • In case heating costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
  • In case air conditioning costs are applicable, these will be calculated automatically during the booking process depending on prices and travel dates. If you have questions, please contact us.
  • An extra bed can only be provided on request and with written permission, the extra cost depends on the rental price (mínimum 75€, iva incl.).
  • Tenants travelling with pets will be charged a surplus per pet (only with prior consent and in accommodations allowing pets).
  • Wifi : We cannot guarantee the Internet speed in the accommodations neither the connection / line.

The indicated rental price includes:

  • Change of bed linen and towels once a week (only rentals of min. 2 weeks). Please ask details in your check-in place. If you want to have an extra cleaning with change of linen, we can organize on request and with an extra cost. For rentals with a monthly price (winter letting) a change of bed linen and towels is possible against extra payment.

Other optional services on demand (to pay on arrival):

  • Reception service : Sending and receiving mail (prices depend on rates), telephone, fax and email service (prices depend on rates).
  • Extra bed linen and towels € 15 per person.
  • Extra cleaning service: € 15 per hour/cleaning person.
  • Launderette service (prices on request).
  • Tickets for excursion to Ibiza, Formentera,etc.. and boat rental wit or without skipper as well as tickets for several theme parks. Please contact us for more information.

The holiday homes, holiday villas, holiday apartments or fincas are equipped for occupancy of the maximum people indicated. It's not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more people than indicated.

The standard equipment of every holiday home, holiday villa, holiday apartment or finca includes:
interior: a refrigerator, hob and oven or independent electric grill, coffee machine, toaster, (electric) kettle, ironing board and flat-iron, tour mix.
exterior: Garden furniture and sunbeds (may not be available for apartments and bungalows)

During the summer the fixed changeover day is Saturday.

In certain periods any day may be chosen (for more information please consult your booking agent).

Check-in : from 16:00 hours onwards

Check-out : before 09:30 hours.

If you arrive after opening hours, the whole reservation has to be paid in advance. Please check the opening hours of the office in advance.

A damage deposit has to be paid at arrival for possible damages in the holiday home. The amount depends of the accommodation type and is indicated on the rental contract. This can be left in cash or paid by credit card. We do not accept cheques.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand und nur 2 km von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die geschlossene Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Gärtner kommt täglich und kontrolliert und säubert den Pool sowie den schönen Garten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, verfügt aber leider über keinen Internet-Zugang. Über den Fernseher werden nur spanische Sender empfangen. Das Gebäude ist leider sehr hellhörig. Insbesondere die Geräusche aus dem oberen Stockwerk werden sehr laut wahrgenommen. Da der Schlafbereich nicht abgetrennt ist, ist auch der Kühlschrank nachts sehr laut zu vernehmen. auch ein Geschirrspüler ist nicht vohanden. 8.8

El alojamiento esta fenomenal, muy bien ubicado y es bastante tranquilo. Ideal para ir en familia y con niños. Lo recomendaria sin duda y repeteria encantada... Eso si, precisar el precio antes de reservar y asi se evitan sorpresas. 9.8
