In this unique, modern luxury villa on the Costa Blanca, you can enjoy a breathtaking 180 ° panoramic view over the bay and the marina of Moraira. The property is set on a 1,800 m² plot of land that partly consists of Mediterranean garden and very large tropical wood and natural stone terraces that surround the illuminable 12 meter pool with sprinklers. Integrated into the pool is a small non swimmer pool, which invites you to splash around. To enjoy the outdoor area there are high quality garden chairs and cushions available.
The barrier-free main house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, double beds, blinds and mosquito screens, under floor heating and air conditioning, as well as sun protected glazing. One of the two bathrooms also has an outdoor shower.
In front of the spacious living / dining room extends a very large wooden roof terrace facing the sea, which is accessed through large sliding glass sliding doors. Additionally on the huge sun roof terrace is a comfortable dining area.
On the next higher level there is a separate studio independent from the main house, which offers space for two more guests, equipped with a double bed room, a modern bathroom with shower, a sitting area, and a small kitchenette with refrigerator, ideal to prepare some drinks.
Waking up in the morning, the first glimpse your eyes you will catch is the azure blue sea of the Costa Blanca.
Optionally, there is another guest house in charming, originally Spanish style with a bedroom for two people, attached bathroom / toilet and outdoor shower.
The entire area is secluded by the professional garden architecture, so you can enjoy your luxury vacation in complete privacy. For the physical enjoyment of the Mediterranean holiday in the garden area an outdoor kitchen under palm trees with gas BBQ grill, an outdoor gas stove, sink and refrigerator is available. This adjoins directly to a covered dining area overlooking the pool and the sea. All in all an ideal place for a luxury family holiday.
Conveniently, two cars can be safely parked on the parking deck with awning inside the property behind an automatic gate.
The region offers many shopping possibilities, restaurants, bars and pubs and entertainment facilities such as golf or karting track. Various beaches can be reached within 3 km.
