What does the price include?

When do I have to pay? 

Upon booking you will be asked to pay 30% of the total price, then 2 months before your stay, another 50 % has to be paid, upon your arrival the remaining 20 % will have to be paid. However if you have booked less than 6 weeks in advance, 50 % shall be paid upon booking and 50 % when arriving.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept bank transfers, credit card payment and a partial payment in cash.

Can I book for day or weekend use? 

This is not possible, minimum stay is 4 nights in the winter and a week in the summer.

How can I book/reserve the house? 

You can make an online reservation via our website or reserve via telephone or e-mail.

What happens when I have an emergency/problem at the house? 

We have an emergency telephone number for emergencies and will try to solve the problem as fast as possible.

When are arrival and departure times expected? 

Arrival time is between 16:00 and 20:00, departure is before 10:00

Do you also have long term rent? 

We rent out villas which are large and luxurious houses on their own grounds with private pools, more basic chalets which also come with their own swimming pool and garden and some luxurious apartments with great sea views.

No, we have different rates depending on the house.

What is the cost of air-conditioning?

The cost is of 25 Euros per unit per week or according to the meter.

What are the heating costs?

This varies with every property

Is it possible to reserve without credit card?

What is the cancellation policy?

If a cancellation insurance is contracted you may be reimbursed for reasons of force majeure.

How can I get directions to the villa?

These will be given to you once you have booked the villa.

Where do you rent?

Our houses are situated around the Costa Blanca, in the Valencian community. Most of our villas are situated in and around the village of Altea, a small and beautiful “blue-white” artistic village situated on the coast and has 8km of coast line, it is home to many restaurants, chiringuitos and bars ideal for a great night out. However we also rent out properties situated in la Nucia, Albir, Alfaz and Finestrat.

Conditions:

If I arrive early/late how do I check in?

If you arrive early you will have to wait until check in time, when arriving late an extra fee of 50 Euros will have to be paid and we will guide you to the house giving you the keys there.

Are pets allowed in the houses?

This will have to be requested. Information

Service:

What happens on my arrival?

You will check in at the office where you will receive the keys and will receive directions to the house to be able to go to it, we can also direct you there.

What are your office opening times?

Summer opening times: 08:30-19:00 from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays the opening time is from 10:00-20:00 Winter opening times: 08:30-17:00

What happens when I have an emergency/problem at the house?

We have an emergency telephone number for emergencies and will try to solve the problem as fast as possible

Can you provide a rental car?

Yes this can be arranged for you

Can you provide a cook and cleaner?

yes

Are linen and towels included?

Yes but we do not supply pool-and beach towels

Can you offer a babysitting service?

Yes this can be arranged for you.

Can you provide a taxi service?

There is a local taxi service number which we can give to you for use of taxis.

Do you rent out baby cots and high chairs?

Yes we do, you can rent these at the office.

What facilities can I find in the villa?

The property’s come equipped with a private pool and all of the equipment you will need during your stay, along with that there are plenty of things to do in the area, there are various golf courses and tennis courts along with great beaches where water sports can be practiced, as well as numerous theme parks.

Winter rental:

Do you also rent out in the long term?

Yes but this only applies to certain houses and not during high season.

What is the minimum stay?

T4 nights is the minimum stay for winter rentals.

What are the prices per month?

This depends on the house selected.
